At Mark Jellison Training, I believe that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about mental and emotional wellbeing. That’s why I take a holistic approach to fitness that incorporates exercise, nutrition, and mindset coaching.

I am certified professional with years of experience in the fitness industry. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and I committed to staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

What I have done!

Mark Jellison's journey in fitness and athletics began with record-breaking achievements in high school track and field, where his Massachusetts Long Jump record stood for over 20 years. As a collegiate athlete at Clemson and UConn, Mark helped lead his teams to multiple championships. After college, he competed internationally, representing the USA in events like the Thorpe Cup and Pan American Championships.

Mark also placed in the top 10 at the USA Track & Field Championships and balanced his athletic pursuits with coaching. His passion for helping others led to the founding of his own gym in Berkeley, CA, and contributing to wellness initiatives at UC Berkeley and Equinox. A Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist since 2005, Mark’s commitment to fitness extends beyond personal achievement—he’s driven by a desire to inspire and improve the health of his community.
